- Setsucon weekend I hit my knee on the emergency break in my sister's car really hard. Hard enough to tear a gash in it, and bruise it up pretty nicely. Two weeks later and my knee is still sore as all hell, to the point of it hurts to walk. Not bruised anymore on the skin, but I think the bone is nicely bruised. Its the only thing I can think of
