it's funny, you never really know people. not even yourself.

I was walking, when the the rain began to fall. Soon my hair and clothes were plastered to my skin, and my sandals were soggy. The wetness was warm and good on my body, like baby Julia's mouth, wet and warm, sucking and chomping on my finger earlier. I hoped the rain would cleanse me of my worries.

I HATE roommate drama.
And the year hasn't even started.
This sucks.
And does not bode well.

Summer is intoxicating.
And I fly to Oregon in little over a month.

I don't know why, but my phone-phobia cropped up again these past few days. I've been avoiding making phone calls at all costs (none have been necessary, exactly, but I fear I have been rather rude). It's me at 13 all over again, except this time with my cell phone.

Well, that was random.

Today.
International Day Against Homophobia.

I've been working on this paper for five hours, so logically I'm on my fifth Lipton Unsweetened Iced Tea, but I have not yet won a bike. Nor cool bike gear.

Failed miserably at writing a paper.
Succeeded, however, in taking a walk in the biological reserve and marvelling at its beauty.
