Ok, so, bad livejournal friend, for only getting to this story nowWhat I adore about this story is the gradual development of Katie. It starts with her very rough, wag-like and abrasive. You denote this through Katie's immature and inane way of speaking, ragging on Emily being a homo and it being this whole phase, belittling Panda ect, to her eventually becoming the emotional fulcrum of the group. Which I really think she develops into that at the end of season four; Panda's good friend, Effy's emotional support, and Emily's closest friend. Your dialogue in the latter stages is much more mature, which is awesome. Through the tiniest change in language Katie's character develops and becomes the best possible example of the person she could be. Ugh. I hope this makes sense, since I just had two glasses of wine ( ... )

Yes. Yes. Yes. All types of yes. Perfection. Love. Everything was perfection. I mean it. Also, everything leading up to her acceptance of love, of herself, and of her connection to Tony, it was amazing. Perfect. I glowed and cried.
