I have been away a bit, here and there. I haven't been online much. I think the truth is that i have been feeling so guilty about the fact that I've been pigging out and I've not been on here because of that... guilt, shame and running away - I don't want to face facts

We all messed up this week...but hey, at least we can keep on truckin'!!! We SHALL BE SKINNY! WOO!!
