Quickie
Quick update using the app on my iphone. Bank was being a turd and wanted 20k more for the townhouse but the listing agent and our broker helped get them to just approve our current offer since comparibles in the area were the same. Plus we weren't going to budge so they would have lost the sale.
That means we are moving soon yay!! I am excited!

Looking at the last post is crazy. I was talking about the iPhone 3GS launch. Now it's a year later almost and we just had the iPhone 4 launch. By the way, LOOOOVE the new iPhone 4. So much better than all previous iPhones by 3x. The main difference is defintely the screen. Awesome screen ( Read more... ) -
