What do you look for in a significant other? I look for a few things. I love confidence and arrogance. I'd look for someone that can keep up a good argument with me, or is competitive. They have to have conviction. I'd like someone that proves to be a challenge -- won't let me get close right away, but eventually will warm up to me. And will subtly let everyone know that they have no business trying to come on to me. And I'd really like someone that won't let me walk all over them, or anyone else for that matter. They should be able to protect me when I need it or help me when I need it. And they shouldn't judge me if I tell them something important. So a good listener might be nice, especially if they put their opinions in and give me advice. I also like bluntness, so just outright telling me "that looks horrible on you" is the best way to get the point across, and I'd appreciate that the most, rather than "Oh, yeah, it looks okay, but maybe you should change... you know, if you're not completely sure."

Three major turn-offs? Facial hair, poor listening skills, general wimpyness

Brave or coward? Brave, but not necessarily a selfless knight in shining armour.
Pessimistic or optimisitc? Realist for sure. I like a healthy balance.
Impulsive or cautious? Someone that thinks their impulses over before acting on them.
Looks or brains? Er... Both...? Looks are a plus, I guess.
Money or personality? Personality. But it'd be nice if they'd pay for things so I don't have to.
Love or sex? Love. Sex is a bonus.
Marriage or no? Honestly? I'm kind of not good with commitment, and I can't see myself getting married for a long, long time.
:: The Real You
Describe your personality: ... Blunt, arrogant, selfish, picky, cocky, brash, detatched, aloof, overconfident, slightly obnoxious. But I'm fun, serious (except around people I like), proud, dorky, nerdy, passionate (though I rarely let it be known), and I'm generally a good person deep down.
What annoys you/makes you angry? People that give up too easily, people that judge others, interruptions, annoying beeping noises, people that think they're better than me and boast it, people that think they're better than me and deny it (Ugh).
What is your biggest personality flaw? I'm a hypocrite and contradict so much of what I say. Also, I have a habit of spontaneously lying? And my cockiness grates nerves. A lot.
What really good trait could you bring to a relationship? I don't know? I'm a very interesting person, and I could probably teach other my partner what it means to stand up for themselves. XD
:: The Fire Emblem Scenario
How would the two of you meet? Probably on the battlefield. One of us would get in the other's way, and then we'd start arguing, and then the sparks would fly. XD Either that or we'd bump into each other outside the battlefield, probably by friendly competition or gambling.
Describe your ideal date: Probably a walk, then dinner. We'd have lots of small talk that turned into arguments we probably wouldn't remember the next day. There might be some minor displays of affection but we'd both try to be discreet and fail.
Your lover is the hero/heroine and has an unbelievable trial ahead of him/her and he/she is having doubts about himself/herself. What do you do? Encourage them by saying stuff like "You've been through worse than this! What, you're just going to let this entire thing stop you now? What will everyone think of you? I'll tell you what they'll think -- they'll think you're weak. So if you're not doing it for anyone, then do it to prove yourself!" And generally I'd just be really mean in my encouragement but my intentions are good.
It's the final boss! And he/she has to defeat them! Where are you? Right there by my partner's side, trying to help them. I might 'encourage' them a bit more. I'd just do whatever I could to help them get through it, but they'd probably deny they needed my help.
Reverse situation: You are the hero/heroine and you have an unbelievable trial ahead of you and you are starting to doubt yourself. What does your lover do? Probably the same thing I'd do to them.
