Things are looking up, up.  Its amazing what battling effectively against the gray cloud (thesis) can do for your ego. I can do anything!

I have got to be the most paranoid person, ever

my insecure emotions have so effectively clouded my viewpoint that I can't clearly evaluate reality.

I will not be ABT!!!

visit family members at least 1 weekend a month

make a list of people that would be emotionally beneficial for me to hang out with, and hang out with one of them once a week

work on my thesis everyday, even if I'm just looking over it/changing minor things

hang out with the SO for 1 hour blocks, twice a week.
