Anyhow, for about 2 weeks I was sick (my period is BAD) and kinda stopped the exersize. Bad me, I know. Anyhow, I am getting started back up, because I know I need to keep this up, so I am going back to writing what I am doing everyday

Around lunch everyday or so, eat a small piece (like, where bars are sectioned off) of chocolate that has 70%+ cocoa in it. It's good for you, and then you won't crave sweets as much.
