Again, this is more for my reference then yours, so meh.
Anyhow, since my hands hurt so much from boxing yesterday, I had to change up my routine a bit. This time I did 5 games with 5 stages on heavy of ddr. (I need to get my confidence up before I start running again, hence why ddr is my current cardio. XD)
I did 7 sets of 15 with resistance bands
