Today I did the following:
-400 sit-ups
-6 sets of 20 bicep curls with a weight of 2.5k
-6 sets of 4 min. boxing (Oh god does this hurt after a while)
Breakfast/lunch:
Woke up a bit late, but Antoine and I had salads at McDonald's. because it was a day out. Not the best for me, but not horrid.
