Watching a Spanish film called "Butterfly" (Marisposa) and the translation is horrible x.x Theres a part where theyre dictacting a poem line by line, and I can understand wanting to translate the poem into english but seriously its like

LOL, I hate translations, you really do lose a lot. People forget that culture is also a very important part of understanding a language. YOU know what I also hate, voice overs :D they sound soooo corny.

That's why I like fansubs, they actual tend to explain cultural things :3

And yes, voice overs suck, I very rarely ever watch dubs, I love subs, but I tend to call out mistakes in languages I dont even speak... Some errors are just blatantly obvious.
