So listen here. I dont have children and will prob never have any. and yet Im a knitter/crocheter so the urge to make baby things is very strong. I dont have friends with babies and my siblings are also lacking in progeny. I caught myself today considering having a baby just so I could make blankets...yeah. So, I think I have found the only craft that I just feel meh.. about. Origami. I have learned to make paper lilys so I can give them to my lady friend when I see her but I dont know that I want to bother learning anymore. So, I just joined a drum circle. Im very excited, I cant wait. I have a feeling that in that circle I wont be told by the overbearing head that I must do what he does. I dont see why, if it sounds good--which it did since all the other drummers commented on how they liked my beats--I have to do as you say. Naturally I never went back to that circle ( Read more... )
