I got myself paranoid. I went to WebMD to see if I could figure out my stomach pain, and I couldn't find anything, so I read up on my chest pain. When I lay down or sit in a certain position, I get this throbbing pain in my chest and the only way to make it go away is to pound on it until it starts to tingle, like your foot falling asleep. I haven't been sleeping very well lately. I guess it's because I'm sick, but it started a few days before that. I think the most when I'm trying to sleep, which ends up keeping me awake.
