I'm still having trouble making a decision of whether I should stay at the Isle or go to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse opening up at the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi. I've been at the Isle for the past 12 yrs and it is very hard to leave. My boss's boss wants me to come talk to him to see if he can get me to stay. just make a decision.. right or wrong you will feel better once you have decided. Personally I think a bit of change in work environments is always a good thing but that is just me. Decide and it will be the right choice.

I'm still on the fence. Thank you for your advice. I'll feel better once this is all over.

What are the reasons you want to stay/go? Putting together a pro/con list may make things more black and white...

Yea, I just started doing that. I plan on bringing the list when I go talk to our director of F&B at the Isle. My supervisor said he is willing to negociate because he doesn't want me to leave.

Make the choice that works best for you and your future. If the Isle can make a reasonable offer to keep you, then stay. Otherwise, take a chance and move on. You should do well no matter what.

PS: Like the new icon. Pic looks familiar. Wouldn't be the one I took would it? LOL
