I just thought of something........  Bragozzo (the fine dining Italian rest. at the Isle that I work in currently) is always closed on mondays and tuesdays.   DragonCon is friday through monday......   I could probably use some of my vacation friday through sunday.....  I could also ask boss man about the possibility of letting me go during that

DragonCon is very much worth going to; I aim to go again when I can scrape together the time/money. It's a geek festival; everything us nerds obsess over or about can be found there. The only thing you really need to know about it is, if you haven't found something interesting to do, you didn't look hard enough.
