Drawing crotches (for lack of a better term) is pretty easy if you get over being squeamish about it. The best way to learn (I think) is to draw naked people, and people in underwear. You learn the structure of everything which makes it easier to put clothing over the top. If you want a quick and dirty way to do it, guys generally wear their pants loose and/or low, so you don't see as much definition. With girls you usually see more definition (depending what kind of pants they're wearing), though obviously they don't have penises so it's just varying degrees of a v-shape depending how much fat is on their legs.
I think the charm point of your art is that even your evil characters are really lovable when theyre drawn outta character :3 You just naturally have a cute style :D
