What does it say that I had the best Thanksgiving of my life with someone else's family? Who cares! It was wonderful! We had a roasted and a fried turkey (which was ridiculously delicious). Me and men stood around the frier, smoked cigars, drank maker's mark, and made white trash jokes for hours on end

so i work with this girl named jess breslin and i was like, "huh, i know a girl who's last name is breslin." and then i learned she was from boston, and i was like "huh, i kinda remember emily saying she spent some time early on in her life in boston." and then i thought about it some more and when i talked to jess yesterday i was like, "hey jess, are you related to anybody named emily breslin?" and she thought about it for a second, and said yeah, she has a cousin named emily and that she lives in pennsylvania. and i said, "yeah i know, i went to high school with her." she said that her dad and your dad are cousins or something like that, and you are therefore related. how small is that world, honestly?? i move 5000+ miles away from home, and i work with someone who's related to one of my favorite people. totally weird. thought you'd like to know. so glad your thanksgiving rocked, can't freakin' believe tyler is 14 and i miss you like whoa.
