eventful day with new info. so, first, went to the knee doctor because i hurt my knee running about a month ago (4 weeks and 2 days, actually [much anger caused by this]). and i will be having an mri on monday to see if i tore my miniscus or pulled my IT band. either way, can't run for a good long while and must do physical therapy. this is bad ( Read more... )
