I'm wearing a really funny black suit I bought when I was in the throes of my Velvet Goldmine fixation, but it works for a certain other fixations too. I had one of those making myself laugh uncontrollably and accidentally moment while fixing my hair earlier. Anyway, la.

I was going to do rush tickets (meaning $25 but in the front two rows which is not ideal viewing location), but then this landed in my box. FYI for the other NY'ers.

Annoying piece about the various Boheme's playing in NYC currently (we're a bit overrun). Annoying, because it's so clearly, a "We're the Times. We like our Opera traditional. It has a design your own furniture option, so you can choose couch styles and then the upholstry and pillows. I just dicked around and made some of the furniture in various of my fics. But now I'm going to go each lunch or something, because that's just too

There's a rumour going around that the Snape-in-a-dress PoA scene won't be in the film.

And that's just not fucking acceptable (even if it will mean less snarky commentary from certain friends about my hat collection).

Also, now that the new HP cover art it out, I'm getting the usual, "you look like Harry Potter" thing.
