My lunch last week was a hit!
Now on to the real stuff.
I have been wanting to start some type of fitness regimen. I've started the diet (aka life change), so I'm good on that. Lately everyone I talk to that is relatively 'fit' has said they run about 3 miles a day!

Running didn't do anything for me though.. and after trying several things (yoga, salsa, pilates , etc) I found kickbox and it completely changed everything. in a matter of days I stopped "trying to get fit" and was suddenly "getting fit". It was really amazing. You have to find something that works for you I guess.
