Here we go again!

 My lunch last week was a hit!

Now on to the real stuff.
I have been wanting to start some type of fitness regimen. I've started the diet (aka life change), so I'm good on that. Lately everyone I talk to that is relatively 'fit' has said they run about 3 miles a day! 
So running it is.

Good for you! :D I started "getting fit" like a year ago. I can only say, it's going to be hard for a while but then it is so worth it!

Running didn't do anything for me though.. and after trying several things (yoga, salsa, pilates , etc) I found kickbox and it completely changed everything. in a matter of days I stopped "trying to get fit" and was suddenly "getting fit". It was really amazing. You have to find something that works for you I guess.

I'm ready for the fat to melt off! And I always feel bad leaving my dog behind to go to the gym, when I can do things at home! But I have done kickboxing before and it is AMAZING!
Money is tight though! :-/

Oh, having a dog is a great motive to go running. I just didn't have the willpower to do it every day by myself, or anyone making me do it or at least feel guilty for not doing it, you know?
that and also (excuses excuses) I have crappy knees.
