I think this is the first 4th that I haven't been at a family function.
Since we just got home from vacation a couple of days ago, all I wanted was to spend the day with the dogs!

Plyo was haunting my in my dreams last night! I knew that this morning was going to be painful for me!!!

I woke up and procrastinated, but eventually got my butt up and started.

They say to keep the fan off, because you burn more calories... if I'm counting calories burned by sweat loss, I think I've burned about a gallon of calories.

Day 2 ....Plyometrics was insane!!!! Totally ridiculous! But I liked it. My heart rate was up the whole time, and I definitely brought it!

Day 3...  Shoulders & arms wasn't that bad! I mean, it hurt, but it wasn't horrible. Ab ripper on the other hand was torture once again! Good torture... I guess! :)

I got a late start today but I still STARTED! That's all that matters! I went to GNC and bought a recovery drink recommended by my lovely cousin, and I also bought a meal replacement shake for lunch at work.

I just finished watching Somewhere in Time which is where my mom found my name, Elise. I've always loved that movie, and it never gets old. One you can watch over and over again without tiring of it.
So, then I moved on to Kate & Leopold. I had never seen it, but it was cute! Very similar to the movie I watched last week, Lost in Austen.
