I haven't posted in a long time, but we have been very busy with work and Shep classes lately!
We are still taking an Agility FUNdamentals class, but are hoping to move up soon enough. Shep LOVES it. He knows when we get there, that it's time to work, and will try and correct the other dogs if they try and play. We are working on fixing this ( Read more... ) -

Here we go again!
My lunch last week was a hit!
Now on to the real stuff.
I have been wanting to start some type of fitness regimen. I've started the diet (aka life change), so I'm good on that. Lately everyone I talk to that is relatively 'fit' has said they run about 3 miles a day!
So running it is.

What's for dinner?
Julie & Julia was on the menu tonight. I turned it off feeling very in the mood for wine and bread & butter! Which, happily, I will have tomorrow.
Tomorrow, when we wake up, Jon and I are planning on going to Abita Cafe for some yummy breakfast. Massive biscuits with gravy and eggs & bacon! I can hardly wait.

Shep's Second Agility Class
Shep had his second agility class today!!
He really did great, and was really attentive! Although at the beginning of class not so much. He has finally found his voice and barks A LOT!

Get Mii Fit!
I will start posting daily as part of my Wii Fit experiment. Not to much time today, so I'll just do a basic run-down.
When I started yesteday, my weight was 129 and my BMI was 23.73.
My weight goal is 119 and my BMI goal is 21. I have two months to accomplish this (according to the Wii) so we'll see how long it really takes!

is a drama starter! I love being able to keep up with my family, but I'm seriously considering deleting quite a few people. Mainly people I went to high school with that I really don't speak to anymore, yet they continue to create drama in my life. 2010 is my year of positivity, so that's what I have to do, I think. I may be being silly, but I get a little touchy when it comes to different tones people use with me. Just something as simple as using words like "your dog" in the wrong tone or context ( Read more... ) -
Shep's First Agility Class
Well our first class was supposed to be the first Sunday in December; but because of all the rain, it was postponed to today! We got there and come to find out, it actually was CANCELLED! Haha, but there was a Fundamentals class going on, so she let us join.

Been a while...
I have not written in a while, but I have been so unbelievably busy!
With so many families to visit for Christmas, ours started last weekend.
It was a lot of fun, and I really am glad we did it that way, so that I can spend more time with everyone!
Of course, Lauren and I needed a mini photoshoot!
