I haven't posted in a long time, but we have been very busy with work and Shep classes lately!
We are still taking an Agility FUNdamentals class, but are hoping to move up soon enough. Shep LOVES it. He knows when we get there, that it's time to work, and will try and correct the other dogs if they try and play. We are working on fixing this

Regarding "click to calm" -- I think a lot of people do the principles of clicker training but use a vocal marker. I've never been able to handle treats + dogs + clicker so I use "clicker training" but with a vocal marker. So maybe you can just keep with "yes!" instead?

That's basically what we've done from the beginning was use "yes" as a marker, but I'm wondering if he would respond better to an actual click. Or if maybe I can relate click to calm with the clicker so he knows the difference. Not that there needs to be one! Haha, I don't know. I guess I'll have to play around with it!
