Fellow UK'ers, The Good Girl is on Film Four tonight, nine o'clock. I LOVE this film, and not just because it has Jen in it. Although mostly, yeah. The rest of the cast is brilliant too - Jake Gyllenhaal, John C Reilly, Zooey Deschanel, Tim Blake Nelson. Watch it if you get the chance, it's funny and dark and incredibly true

This is a great film. I was so surprised when I watched it, I have to admit, because it's so off the Hollywood beaten track. They both did an amazing job, though. If I had FilmFour, I'd watch it again.

It's a good movie, Justine felt very "real" as a character, you could completely buy how her life had become so full of the overwhelming nothing-ness that she needed some change, something just for herself, to see if there was any meaning to be had.

Her husband's friend black-mailing her into sex is difficult for me to watch still, so horrible, and yet, yeah, there are guys like that.
