I think most of us probably need some form of professional help Emma, but at least if we admit it, its a step in the right direction :P. I am the one that talks in...strange and...unnessecary pauses...

Hi Janus, I think pple who speak slowly and pause often appear to be really really intelligent as if they have something really incredibly interesting to say, so keep it up Emma

This is one of the reasons I tend to think you must be another of my half-sisters who was spirited away by Australian gypsies.
My sister used to tell her kids that she wasn't their mother, but that she was simply "Mildren" from "The Mother Bureau" and that their mother was on vacation in Bermuda.
I don't know if this profoundly affected them. I think I was profoundly affected by her babysitting techniques which included telling me that there were cannibals under the bed who would eat me if I dared to get out of bed.
But even if these things profoundly affect us, it doesn't mean they ruined us, they are just part of who we are and how we view the world. Some of them might even turn out to be good things. :)

Funnily enough, I think the same thing. I reckon we are twins and only our mother(s) can tell us apart. btw did you ever dare to get out of bed? I bet you did. Emma
