Check out the 5th photo here. He was a little confused by the whole thing and dropped the needles, so we had to gather them up again for a photo. By then he *really* had no idea what was going on, hence the "Mama? Huh?" expression on his face... Also, that's kathrynt's arm at the right edge of the photo.

I so wish I could see her talk. I love how genuinely suprised she always seems to be at how many people there are.

I heard her in Philadelphia the first time she came through...with a crowd of 9. And 2 of those nine were yarn store employees.

I felt so bad.

I think the 300 or so we had on Sunday makes up for it. The line to get books signed was incredible.

Wow. That is kind of sad. But knitting is kind of "obscure" so I think if 7 people showed up to hear me talk about it, I'd be excited.
