Wow I've had the most awesome weekend. mel and I went to my little sisters leaving thing in brixton before she goes back packing in south america for 6 months on the friday. did get there a tad late due to bloody trains but it was worth it. bank holiday fun
most august bank holiday's i spend at reading fest, this year due to glasto i gave it a miss and went to london instead. saw nottinghill carnival which was cool, found it a bit annoying at one point though with the crowds of people, as my sis and her mates were drinking and i wasnt i couldnt get into the party vibe. anyway, i've experienced it now ( Read more... ) -

Woo woo, i left the mad house today... about time too. wasnt suppose to finish till next friday but as the bailiffs are due to take things tomorrow as they officially go into administration they were kind enough to let me go today. i'm gonna miss the lads big time, we had such a laugh yesterday, but we'll still bugg eachother by text ( Read more... ) -
new job new start
I have a new job starting, yey! got a confirmed email from the director yesterday. Told Kev this morning who really wasnt surprised. gonna go and hand my notice in to the boss later. So glad I'm jumping ship, this place is changing its name for the 3rd time! -

After 10 years of being jealous watching the telly and wishing i was there I've finally been to Glasto and boy it was worth the wait! Went up by coach with paul, took 6 hours, 3 of those in a big traffic jam, very frustrating! Finally got there, went through tight security and got given lots of free stuff, always good. wow. download was so much fun! went with andy and paul. met up with college mates and their friends camped with us, so there was like 10-15 (lost count) of us. met simon and claire there too. the weather was perfect on the first day, just cloudy not hot so taking stuff to the site weren't too bad. not long till download.... I'm so excited, lots of fightpits, moshing, drinking, sex drugs & rock n roll and all that! i so need this break, plus of course its beginning of the festival season so there's glasto next :o)
