Well, my psychotherapist cancelled her appointments this week due to the airport chaos (she lives in France), so I won't get to see her (to say goodbye, since this week was meant to be her last week) for at least another 3 weeks. That kinda sucks, because I wanted to talk to her, but at least I didn't have therapy on my birthday ( Read more... ) -

You'd never guess I was avoiding the washing up right now, lol!
I've discovered Rappelz, a game similar to Guild Wars and World Of Warcraft. It doesn't beat Guild Wars (which I'm waiting to buy when I finish my college course - my reward to myself), but it's a good substitute and it's free!! :D ( Read more... ) -

Good and Bad News
Bad news first I guess: I got home late last Wednesday evening to find Alfie mouse dead in his cage. He was getting old I know, but it was still somewhat of a shock. I really miss my poor little man :( Here are a couple of pics of him I never got around to posting until now

Had the worst panic attack I've had for over a year today... in therapy. Yeah that was fun. I guess it helped her to see what I'm up against - random panic attacks for no easily discernable reason and fear of pretty much everything! She's so nice, why does she have to leave in a couple of months ( Read more... )
