So to begin my story, I was scouring for affordable and lesser-travelled places on the Ryanair website. I made the decision to fly to Nimes because I wanted to practice speaking French and see the Pont Du Gard, an Roman aqueduct in the countryside.

Fast Freeze Icecream
My cousin's visiting and it's unseasonably hot. So as a "cool" treat, I took her to an icecream place in Camden called Chin Chin Laboratories.
They make their icecream on the spot with liquid nitrogen. The point (aside from the awesome-ness factor), is that the icecream freezes so quickly, ice particles can't form. The icecream comes out amazingly ( Read more... ) -
Ibiza - Hedonistic Paradise
After a four hour delay, I made to Ibiza but I'll never fly with a package holiday airline again. Security closed off and everyone was cooped in the waiting area. Youths drank their duty free and families cursed over their six hour delay to Crete.
