“That’s the spirit!”
I love it.
This was spectacular. And good job getting it in under the wire.

I would love to see the sweet and supportive, Callie, but I guess that's why we have fics!

Loved how you totally get Arizona's thoughts emotions and fears, her disbelief that no one would be able to see past her new one-leg being. Her insecurities in a social context being "forced" to be her new self outside the Dott Robbins-hospital-safe professional context.
Loved Teddy's back there and I'm totally in love with sweet talker Callie, supportive lovely loving patient careful wife with this big genuine awesome speech ready for her beloved wife. She is pretty amazing.
Zola and Sofia total pure acceptance of the situation has been extremely cute and really able to underline full force Callie's points.
Great job. Merry Christmas :)

“But I’m not going to have any fun,” Arizona adds.
“That’s the spirit!”
Lol'ed at this! It's totally how Callie would respond to something like that.
I loved Callie's speech towards the end particular this line
"We don’t see someone who is fragile or a lesser being than she was before. You’re the only one who sees that, Arizona.” - I think it's very true. While some may judge or question I think the important people most likely see her as someone who is brave and who survived. It's Arizona herself that doens't believe in herself although of course I can't blame her.
Really great little story.

I definitely think Arizona projects her own feelings on others (or at least right now), so that's where I was going with that.
