My house is full of suits, but no longer full of other wedding related stuff coz we took it all to the venue last night. First day at new job, and so far it's looking promising. It's similar enough to my old job not to be too intimidating, but there's enough changes for me to make that I'll keep interested for a while. Have just got back from Poole which took 4 hours, about half of which I spent asleep. Had a good weekend and it was nice to spend some time with family members I don't see enough of. Have just finished watching 'My Little Eye' which I found surprisingly enjoyable. The man in the video shop said he'd heard it wasn't very good (and if the consensus is that a film is bad that's generally a good sign!) Has anyone else seen it and if so what did they think?

I have an icky cold which has been going on for days. Normally for me colds lasts a day when I feel terrible and then I'm just a bit snuffly and coughy. This time I felt terrible for 4 days and even had to have a day off work, which is unheard of for me. Yesterday we went to the zoo and were surprised to find that they no longer keep elephants there. 'Twas nice though, although very cold, which meant alot of the animals were hiding. The Gorillas were great to watch as you weren't quite sure who was watching who. I also liked the Penguins, because they were unbelievably cute and also the Marmosets ( Read more... )
