 I feel pretty good today. Yesterday was the first day I've ever went with out food. I had absolutly NO food and it wasn't that bad. I think I'm going to do this more often. I did eat this morning. I had 8 oz of 2% milk = 110 cals, 4 oz of corn with out butter or salt = 80 cals and one granola bar=90 cals. That's 280 calories and that's all I'm ( Read more... )
