I've been running on an injured left leg for over 3 weeks now.
I'm currently in a significant amount of pain.
why is my left leg longer than my right?
also, why is my left foot bigger than my right?
I spent a lot of time with Susan over the past week.
I think I'm ADD when I'm with her.

so 3 days without the net almost killed me. but I did get my koi tattoo on Tuesday. I'm in love with it. photo soon to come. busy weekend coming up. race. wedding shower. gin blossoms. and now I have nothing else to say. maybe other stuff later, bye bye.

despite this gorgeous weather today, I'm not exactly in the best mood. I have cramps from hell, my leg is all fucked up from yesterday's race, and I'm just kinda bummed. I went into body armor today to talk to Earl about drawing up my tattoo design. now all I have to do is wait for a phone call =P. I can't wait. too tired for an update worthy of the day's events so it'll all come at a later date. g'night.

I've successfully gone to O.H.F. for a month now, Monday through Friday without missing a day. AND...the exciting part is that I've lost 4 pounds =). and not from doing a long run. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but going from 138 to 134 is exciting to me. especially since I've worked SO fucking hard at it and I'm finally seeing a difference. ( Read more... )

my 1 day weekend seemed surprisingly long. after my 12 mile run, I did family stuff. Susan and Tully along with Uncle Jim and Aunt Juanita spent the afternoon here. I crashed about 5pm, got back up at 9 and then spent the rest of the night in Kzoo. went to Bennigan's w/ Susan to get food.
