my evening last nite was a bit fucked up. my friend/coworker and i were on the purple line at like 6pm last nite going home. so ya im really proud of myself these last six months or so i have been practicing self control. see i used to get really angry and explode at people when they pushed my buttons, which just made things a lot worse. now i have learned to not say anything at first, (hang up phone, leave etc) then cool down and calmly call the person back for a nice ( Read more... )
