We do an awful lot of talking but we don't do very much listening. We observe a lot, but how much do we understand? We absorb amazing amounts of information, yet it often seems as if we actually learn very little. I feel as if I'm going round in circles, holding the same old conversations, pursuing the same old objectives. Here come familiar
