When I'm needy, I reach out to my network of friends.
When I'm so far beyond needy that all social stuff does is make me want to crawl into a cave, I want to cut all ties off. To everyone. I've been wavering a lot this week. This says a lot more about me than it does about anyone else.

Had a dream this morning that myself and a couple close friends (not sure who, it wasn't important) were running from the law. It was sort of an omnipotent government we were running from, and we had escaped our home where we were held prisoner. If things go the way they're looking they will, we'll be moving to Albany in the fall!

I cannot wait until we know if we're moving. Feb/March is deadline time, so we'll know by then. I can't wait. Living in this in between stage, I'm not sure whether to try to forge a career here or just do little jobs that make me happy in the meantime. For a minute there, my graduation was all tied up and it wasn't going to happen, but I fought through all the paperwork and it looks like it's still going to happen.

The honeymoon was amazing. There was so much pondering and work and thought that went into it all, and it all went without a hitch. I'm pretty proud of setting it all up, because in the back of my mind I kept wondering if I'd forgotten some enormously important aspect of things and we'd be stuck somewhere. Nope!
