U2 360° Tour

U2 tour dates were announced, and they're playing in Chicago, IL on my 26th birthday.

They're also playing in NYC two weeks later.

Man. I know the shows are popular, but it's crazy how hard I've heard it is to get tickets for them. I'm starting to worry I'll never get the chance. :(

yeah, it might be easier this time around as their stadiums. last time, i got tickets to all the shows I wanted, but NO ga tickets except once on ebay. The rest of the time I eventually got a seat or two, and when I decided to go too late to get tickets my friends helped me out. You should be fine, and I'll keep my ears perked up for you if it doesn't work out.

i'm nervous though, last time ticketbastard fucked us all so hard LARRY apologized to everyone on national tv at the fucking grammys. this time the presale is going better cause it's tiered, but we're still getting shitty options and the general sale is going to be one magnificent cluster fuck of '09 I fear.

STILL it will all work out, normally they add a few shows per city during the sale. <3

That's true, I'm hoping that they'll add more shows. I looked at the tour dates on their official website and it looked very...short. I was like, SURELY U2 is going to be playing more dates than THAT?!

Honey, don't think I didn't think about you when I saw that the tour date coinciding with my birthday was in Chi-Town! XD BTW, Katie has offered to help get me TCR and/or TDS tickets and try to meet up with me if it ever looks like I might be visiting NYC. 0_0 I can't imagine how cool it would be to meet some of the super awesome people in the fake news fandom I've met here.

Yeah, I think I'm definitely gonna try to get the U2 tickets. Who knows where I might be seeing them -- I just know I want to. I've been waiting over 10 years to see them live!

Duuuuude! Can you imagine the awesome if all of us saw TCR/TDS together?! God, the dream I had could come true! :D And yeah, going alone would suck balls. I know it would still be enjoyable -- 'cos it's JON AND STEPHEN, for chrissakes -- but I would want to have someone there to share the experience and squee with!
