the quality you mention is amazing. few people have the ability to speak about the taboo situations that make up life. like so many of the situations that have made up your life, this death has continued the process of making you who you are. the wonderful thing about living is the ability to be affected by every situation and become something more than what you are currently. these are the things that make each life unique. i feel that your ability to talk is healthy and refreshing. if you have the ability to make the uncomfortable topics of your life accessible to those with whom you come in contact, you give them the gift of sharing your life. maybe this is what i regret most about my relationship with ashley. embrace this characteristic and let those you love share and experience your life (pain and joy) with you.
