today i feel fat. last night i ate too much and at an hour that prevented digestion before sleeping with the food in my belly. i woke to that "food hangover" that i would like to think others have experienced, as well. immediately i criticize myself. so, it seems like my "keep track of my feelings" endeavor went by the wayside, but perhaps that is because i seem to be enamored with this man. he is not perfect, but pretty damn good to me and good for me. im happy with him and need to make sure that is understood.

so, i have to factor in that i am on my period and cried last night because i heard that joel got into grad school and jeremy bought a house... who knows.

point: my emotions are not at their most stable point right now. not an excuse, just a factor to consider

it is my fault that i dont give him the opportunity to know what i am thinking and feeling. i have to realize he is a guy and does not know how to read me well, yet. he is so willing to listen to me and wants to know what i am feeling. my signals were not lost on him, he just chose the wrong response. he is kind, funny, smart, and fun.
