No more open toed shoes at work :( I hope the summer ends quickly because having to wear socks and sneakers is that much hotter. Some people just wear girly flats but girl shoes are never comfortable on me, except for boots. Maybe I'll wear my gold ballet flats once in a while, they don't give me blisters but the elastic gets uncomfortable.

This weekend I'm trying a recipe from my berry cookbook. I started it today and will finish it tomorrow for lilach's cookout. it has mushrooms and berries, so today i'm marinating the mushrooms. i got everything today at the grocery store except i forgot to get terragon :( So maybe i will go back tomorrow or on my way home from work and just ( Read more... )

I was just reading some stuff about polygamy and abuse in some FLDS communities. Makes me really grateful that I was brought up in a normal well-adjusted family.

Stuff in lab is going well, my cloning has been going better and I finally have a nice Southern!

I'm about to leave for Toy Story 3 soon. Initially I didn't really want to see it, the trailer wasn't really compelling and the third in a series usually isn't that good. but everyone i've heard who has seen it has said they really liked it, and when i looked on rottentomatoes it was at 99% (The Last Airbender, in contrast, was at 8% =( ).
