I think that Trader Joe's might be the most amazing place on earth. I went there tonight only wanting firm tofu and spinach, and I walked out with a delicious plethora of healthy foods. I'm uberexcited because I'm getting TEAM AMERICA: WORLD POLICE and SCARLETT (the miniseries) from Netflix today. Tomorrow I should receive the Patrick Dempsey 80's stud vehicle CAN'T BUY ME LOVE. Netflix rules my life and I LOVE IT.

Well, my perusal of Craigslist finally paid off. I was sick of seeing offers for couches that I didn't know anything about, so I decided to search for a specific couch model. I picked the Ektorp, from Ikea, which we bought for Quad's gameroom. I found it to be a very comfortable, versatile couch. Also a plus is the fact that Ikea sells multiple ( Read more... )

I came home and played with Pete using the kitty fishing pole device, which is pretty cool, it's a little fishy on a string with a pole attached, and you can jerk it around.
