Apologies in advance for the Real Life entry... and especially what will likely be viewed as especially over-reacting and maudlin.

I am incredibly sad right now.

I really hope he comes back :( It's okay to be sad over your pet, they're your friends. My sister got sad/angry with her boyfriend when he threw away her cat and she cried, so you're not the only one...

He THREW AWAY her cat? O___o Gyuh. I miss my BudBud. :( And Rayvn (my daughter) is starting to get suspicious as to why he isn't here yet... *sigh*

Yea he did. The cat (Nina) ate some food she wasn't supposed to so he got pissed and threw her out. =_=

I'm really, really upset, Shradildah. He was a pain in the arse, as you well know, but he was a dang good (really fat) cat. I wonder if he maybe got into the ribbon again at Christmas like he did a few years ago (the surgery Leroy paid for) and it screwed him up... but I'm sad. And Ray is starting to cotton on about him not coming back... and you know her weird obsessions with death. It'll break her heart. :( How do I explain this to her?

I hope so too... but its been five days now. He's primarily an inside cat, with only a few hours where he goes out wandering a week. He's not been gone this long before. *sniff*

Well, I know for certain he's outside somewhere, but... As for *where* outside... well, he could be anywhere. We live in a rather rural area. There are other houses around (it isn't farmland or anything), but there are 'empty' lots on either side of our house. Empty being 'covered unpassably in bushes and dune grass' and... ugh. Even in winter there's little chance of even walking through one, unless there's a deer path, and then you're still contending with painful branches and spiders and ticks and... eww ( ... )
