Annie and I and the furry kids are moving! Tomorrow, as a matter of fact. Someone has bought Che Hairball ! He is going to renovate it and then flip it (gut the interior and start over).

WE ARE DOWNSIZING to a 2 bedroom apartment where I please G-d will never have to mow a lawn or pay to replace the water heater again.

From now on it is the paved driveway of flatness, plowed by someone I don't have to pay!

It is a complex with nice paved parking near our building. Nice FLAT paved parking. With sidewalks I don't have to shovel either. YAY. And most of the residents e old fogeys like we are and have pets, so I think it will be a good place to be.

OMG THIS IS GREAT NEWS!!! Where's it going to be? I wish I could help, but MrHamill is gone all weekend and I've got doctors appts out the wazoo. Can't wait to see it!!

It's Madison Lebanon Court Apartments. We're on the first floor, in a corner flat, so NO STEPS. And our parking is right next to the building. AND THAT IS FLAT. Not to mention paved. The grocery store is within walking distance! And it's in a nice neighborhood, as well as having an enclosed large courtyard space, so yeh, pretty happy.

We have two large bedrooms, full bath, just completely redone kitchen, and a large living room. We both fell in love with the place the first time we went there.

You have got to come down and visit us before winter hits again!

Thank you - I've lived in houses all my life, so this is my first time in an actual apartment and I'm all kinds of excited about it.
