I did a straight 35 minute workout today on the tredmill! FINALLY. I started a few weeks ago with 25 mins and struggled on and off with actually going to do it. SO my goal was 35 minutes and I did it! AND THEN I rested 2-3 mins and did another 10 on the eliptical! Next goal: 45 mins!!!!!!!!!!!

I started at 35 and in two months have worked up to 45.
But congrats, ma'am!

I'm not trying for 45 any time soon, just building up to it slowly. I want to see how 35mins 4-5 times a week works out and see if I get any results.
