It's nice to have some of my confidence back. I think in college I lost a lot of it, and that in turn made me an apathetic unmotivated mess. It really screwed me up and I spent 4 years of my life in a daze. So I got the call at 7am that my sister was in labor....perfect it's a weekend and I can make it! Wrong, St. Louis got the blizzard of 2007 yesterday and I was threatened into not driving in. I did a straight 35 minute workout today on the tredmill! FINALLY. I started a few weeks ago with 25 mins and struggled on and off with actually going to do it. SO my goal was 35 minutes and I did it! AND THEN I rested 2-3 mins and did another 10 on the eliptical! Next goal: 45 mins!!!!!!!!!!!
