It's weird that (both of) you picture harpies looking like that too. Harpies don't have a tail like that, and in many "documented" discriptions of harpies, they have only the breasts of a woman and not the face. Weirdness. Thank you! ^_^

Hey I came here to say, "That's exactly how I picture harpies," and that guy beat me to it. XD Great pic! I like the lair-type details [bones in the trunk, and hanging from the branches].

LoL! I really like how the layers in the tree turned out too. I think I took more time on those stupid strings and feathers than I did on the harpy.
And yes, back pain sucks a big one. Can't wait to not look like I have scoliosis =D!

Wow, that rocks. The detail is just incredible. The bones, feathers, and strings are just awsome. I love the skull and the skulls in the tree. The wind effect is cool. That's really incredible, great work!
