First Christmas For dealing_death

In true Flynn style Christmas, Sam had spent every year drinking can after can and turning off any festive song that came on the TV or radio. He wasn’t the Christmas type. From their bed she lay quietly, listening to the rustling of his movements downstairs. Selene knew he had hidden things but she respected him enough not to ever dare peek. Sam was carried away making dinner and preparing everything in the kitchen to the point he forgot to wake up the kids and Selene. He wanted to see his families faces when they came down the stairs and saw a whole room full of presents. Instead he in the kitchen, shirt thrown on and not done up with a towel draped over his shoulder. He was still in his baggy pants he slept him with his hair ruffled up in spikes every direction ( ... )

"Sam....what is all of this?" Selene was a little shocked herself. It was rare the wool was pulled over her eyes, rare she was surprised, but Sam had done it. "I'll be your present." She muttered against his warm, inviting mouth as he kissed her. Selene actually had a little something for him for later, when the children were sleeping and all the presents but one had been opened.

Selene plopped down next to Agatha on the floor. Reaching out she found the first package with Aggie's name on it and handed it to her. "Go on love, open it."
