[Up late watching a movie and waiting for Selene to come home.]

[She comes through the door to the sounds and smells of home. Baby lotion, dogs, dust, sand, Sam....Selene can't help but smile as she closes the front door and calls out for her husband.]

[He jolts up from laying down on the couch and grins when he sees her. The house was spotless, Aggie and Ambyr were fast asleep in their rooms.]

I refused to sleep till you got home.

[He smirked, getting up and walking over to her Sam wrapped his arms around his wife and kissed.]

Three days without a kiss from you is like a lifetime. [He laughed and kissed her again.]

Welcome home.

[The way he popped up and moved so quickly to get to her made her smile.]

You haven't slept. [She smirked] I should take you to bed then.

[They kissed and when he pulled away she immediately dove back in and kissed him again.]

[For the first time Sam bent down and kissed her stomach. He placed his hand on there and smiled.]

I missed you too kiddo. You better not have given your mom any trouble.

[That was the first time Sam had ever spoken to Selene's tummy. He loved it.]
