My name is Ender Williams and I am my own God. From my lofty throne I can look down at all the symmetrical houses and all the symmetrical lives and I can laugh. I can look down at the city of such great stature, where so many dreams have come to live, and even more have come to die. I can look and laugh at the idealistic beliefs that brought them ( Read more... )

That quite possibly might be the most inspiring/depressing thing I have ever read. And I just wanted to say thank you. And on a more sarcastic note, thanks for telling me that you updated it!

the sole reason why it should stay friends only is the very reason which i am sure you are aware of. that would be because there are many immature people who would see this entry as crudely indecent.

i forgot to say that many people would see this as a masterpiece. of course there are always the ones who have different tastes, some of them (going off of the comments from the above entry) would probably leave some extremely meaningless, but harsh comments.

First off, I <3'ed that entry. It was very powerful. I'm just sitting in the English lab during class and reading it brought me to another level of consciousness. I hope that doesn't sound too odd.
Second, my journal used to be friends only, for the sole reason that I didn't want my father or brother to come across it and be able to read it. However, I later thought, "What's the point?" and made it public again.
I think that you have very good things to say and you should make your work visible to everyone that may stumble across it. But in the end, it's your decision and it doesn't really matter either way.
