Update on mental health
I was just reading the hand-written entry from late September. I think it was stress manifesting itself that caused me to disassociate and hallucinate. Work has gotten better and I've gotten better, too. Looking forward to the Q course helps as well - it's even one of the goals I highlighted in that entry. COVID-19 has changed a lot of things. Being a natural hermit, I've largely been alright with staying home and away from people. Aaron had it hard the first few months, but he found his groove. In fact, he's in the best shape of our entire relationship. And somehow, I'm in the worst.
